The program helps cover the cost of dental care and anesthesia, whether done in a hospital setting or dental office.

The Foundation’s Children with Special needs Program is designed for children under the age of 18 who have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions:

• Cerebral Palsy
• Muscular Dystrophy and related neuromuscular disorders
• Intellectual disabilities, including Down Syndrome
